The 30-year-old was shot in the head and neck before his SUV drove up on a curb and crashed into a light pole. Zachary was taken in critical condition to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
It was revealed that Zack was killed after conducting interviews at a rap show at the popular club Refuge.
